Actions that should be done in case of insurance event occurrence

1. At insurance event occurrence you shall apply to a medical institution to receive necessary services. Thereafter you shall provide documenting (necessary documents for receiving of indemnity);
2. To ensure a documental registration of insurance event in competent authorities:
- In case of fire — into fire fighting service
- In case of traffic accident — into traffic police
- Other authorities.
3. Notify Insurer or his plenipotentiary about an occurrence, come to an agreement about the subsequent actions, and present a written application of the form set by Insurer within 3 (three) days except holidays and days off upon becoming aware of it; in case of Assured’s death Insured/Beneficiary is obliged to notify Insurer of it in written within 30 (thirty) days upon Assured’s death or revealing him/her dead.
4. After provision of all necessary documents Insurer shall pay indemnity to Insured (Beneficiary).
