Compulsory TPL Insurance to Passengers
The insurance is intended to cover the interests of carrier of passengers.
Insurance event is a fact of occurrence of third-party carrier’s liability to reimburse damage incurred to life, health and (or) property of passengers during their carriage.
At insurance event occurrence the insurance indemnity is paid in amounts:

for sea and air carriage

up to 2 000 MCI for damage incurred to life and health of each injured, up to 250 MCI — for damage incurred to property of each injured
|

for railway, domestic sea and motor carriage
|
up to 1 000 MCI for damage incurred to life and health of each injured, up to 250 MCI — for damage incurred to property of each injured
|
