Voluntary third party liability insurance under “My neighbors” program
You may insure your liability to neighbors for damage caused to them as result of water leakage, fire or others unforeseen circumstances under “My neighbors” program.
Object of insurance is a risk of Insured’s liability to third parties whose property can be damaged.
Insurance is realized in respect of liability for damage caused due to:
1) interior finish of living quarters,
2) movable property,
3) immovable property.
Insurance event is a fact of Insured’s (Assured’s) third party liability to indemnify for damage caused to third parties due to:
1. damage caused by water from sewage, heating, sprinkler systems;
2. explosion, fire (including consequence of fire fighting);
3. fulfillment of building and remedial works.
Sum insured is set according to the choice of the client:
- KZT 300 000
- KZT 500 000
- KZT 1 000 000
- KZT 1 300 000
- KZT 2 000 000
- KZT 2 400 000
- KZT 3 000 000
Insurance premium depends on selected sum insured.
Indemnity is paid in amount of real loss within the limits of sum insured.
