You may receive insurance agreement on new period in limited service branch of bank at agent (representative of insurance company);
You may request an agent of bank about amount of penalty provisions and conditions of their payment. As it is bank sanction, but not insurance company;
In case of insurance policy loss, you may address to insurance company and receive a duplicate of policy or know a period of previous policy validity. Compulsory data: full name, TRN, identity card.
