Actions that should be done in case of insurance event occurrence
In case of fire, lightning stroke, explosion
1) Call in Fire Supervision Bodies — tel. 01.
2) Call in average commissioner (representative of JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”).
3) Receive documentary confirmation of occurrence in listed services.
4) Save damaged property in the actual condition until its examination by JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy” representatives, but no later than 5 days.
5) Provide written notification about insurance event occurrence to Insurer (JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”) within 3 days.
6) Receive information about further actions and specify a list of documents at Insurer (JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”) for receiving of indemnity.
In case of natural disasters (earthquake, storm, whirl, hurricane, twister, flood, mudflow, landslide), falling of piloted flying apparatuses or their debris and objects from them, other events
1) Call in average commissioner (representative of JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”).
2) Call in Ministry of Emergency Situations (tel. 051 for Almaty), fire fighting service (in case of fire) — tel. 01.
3) Receive documentary confirmation of occurrence in listed services.
4) Save damaged property in the actual condition until its examination by JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy” representatives, but no later than 5 days.
5) Provide written notification about insurance event occurrence to Insurer (JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”) within 3 days.
6) Receive information about further actions and specify list of documents at Insurer (JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”) for receiving of indemnity.
In case of failure of hot and cold water supply, collecting systems
1) Turn over the cocks for water shut-off into premises.
2) Call in emergency service or KSC representative.
3) Call in average commissioner (representative of JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”).
4) Receive documentary confirmation of occurrence in listed services.
5) Save damaged property in the actual condition until its examination by JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy” representatives, but no later than 5 days.
6) Provide written notification about insurance event occurrence to Insurer (JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”) within 3 days.
7) Receive information about further actions and specify list of documents at Insurer (JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”) for receiving of indemnity.
In case of theft, robbery, plunder
1) Call in a representative of Internal Affairs authorities — tel. 02
2) Call in average commissioner (representative of JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”).
3) Receive documentary confirmation of occurrence in authorities of Internal Affairs.
4) Save damaged property in the actual condition until its examination by JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy” representatives, but no later than 5 days.
5) Provide written notification about insurance event occurrence to Insurer (JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”) within 3 days.
6) Receive information about further actions and specify list of documents at Insurer (JSC “IC “Kazkommerts-Policy”) for receiving of indemnity.
